City of Wilmington Parking Decks
In 1989, John R. Andrew, P.E. provided complete services for the 392-car parking deck at Second and Chestnut Streets for the City of Wilmington. He was also a part of the structural evaluation and repairs made to the existing four-story deck for NHRMC in 2003.
