Neal W. Andrew, a native of Wilmington, N.C., joined forces with his father, John R. Andrew, P.E. to create Andrew Consulting Engineers, P.C. on February 16, 2004. Since inception, the company has completed over 500 projects and has a current staff of twelve.

Our current staff includes E.B. Pannkuk, P.E.; Jamison Ruoff, head drafting technician; Kathryn Webster, office manager; Kevin Novak, Derrick Watson and Robert Williams, technicians; Ben Chontos, engineering technician; James Lawson, engineering draftsman; Mitch Taylor – engineering intern; and Beth Andrew, marketing director.
