Neal W. Andrew, a native of Wilmington, N.C., joined forces with his father, John R. Andrew, P.E. to create Andrew Consulting Engineers, P.C. on February 16, 2004. Since inception, the company has completed over 400 projects and increased its staff to twelve. Our current staff also includes E.B. Pannkuk, P.E.; Jessie R. Dickerson, engineering intern; Jamison Ruoff, head drafting technician; Kathryn Webster, office manager; Tommy Webster, senior technician; Brennen Huller, Kevin Novak, Derrick Watson and Robert Williams, technicians; and Beth Andrew, marketing director.
