Neal W. Andrew, a native of Wilmington, N.C., joined forces with his father, John R. Andrew, P.E. to create Andrew Consulting Engineers, P.C. on February 16, 2004. Since inception, the company has completed over 500 projects and has a current staff of ten. Our current staff includes E.B. Pannkuk, P.E.; Jamison Ruoff, head drafting technician; Kathryn Webster, office manager; Tommy Webster, senior technician; Kevin Novak, Derrick Watson and Robert Williams, technicians; and Beth Andrew, marketing director.
